What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking through our secure checkout.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Currently we do not offer COD. All orders are prepaid to keep pricing and processing straightforward.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to change or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
Homelle products are shipped from our fulfilment partners' warehouses. Delivery timelines depend on the specific product and your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 7-12 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email/SMS once your order ships.
Do you ship across India?
Yes, we currently ship to serviceable pin codes across India. If a pin code isn't serviceable, you'll see a message at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We currently ship within India only.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I return an item if I simply changed my mind?
Since our products are made-to-order/fulfilled per order, we're unable to accept returns for reasons other than damage, defect, or an incorrect item.
How long do refunds take?
Once a return or refund is approved, it's processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
