At Homelle, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • Be returned in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact us at shopehomelle.store@gmail.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shopehomelle.store@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the product and packaging

We'll review your request and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before initiating the process.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order separately.


Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Homelle will cover the return shipping costs where applicable.

For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless otherwise stated.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and reflect the refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the product after delivery, you may request a return if it meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
